L’Istituto Fanfani, a historic institution in Florence, was founded in 1954 by Professor Manfredo Fanfani. Since the early 1980s, Professor Fanfani has been supported by his children, Stefania and Fabio, who are now the medical heads of the facility. In 1994, Istituto Fanfani became one of the first organizations to adopt Digital Radiology, significantly reducing the dose of radiation absorbed by patients.
